few fast, lots slow

My update: yesterday evening I did 9km, the first 5km slow and then the last 4km fast. Today's training: 20km in the morning. Very, very windy here!
Looking forward to the weekend - although the weather forecast is heavy rain. Hence: I will go (again) to the spa and soak for 3-4 hours!
