back on track
First training sessions after the marathon: Sat, Sun, Mon 15-17km each time. Legs a bit sore, but overall happy to resume training! The weather is perfect, mild temperatures and no wind - what else can a road runner ask for!
I have been living and working in The Netherlands for the past four years. I am a long distance runner since 2001, when I finished my first marathon. Up to now I have run in total five marathons, two in Athens, in Rhodes, Amsterdam, and Vienna. I genuinely enjoy long-distance running and the hard training brings quality to my lifestyle. This is the aim of this blog: share with like-minded athletes the joy of every-day running - and encourage each other to keep it up!
