double biking sesh

Yesterday at the gym: on the treadmill 10.8km in 1hr. inclination 1, speed 10.1-11km/hr. then 55min rpm class, followed by 1hr spin class and 10min abs. and 45min sauna.
Today, am: at the dunes 16km running, excellent weather.
