double biking sesh
Yesterday at the gym: on the treadmill 10.8km in 1hr. inclination 1, speed 10.1-11km/hr. then 55min rpm class, followed by 1hr spin class and 10min abs. and 45min sauna. Today, am: at the dunes 16km running, excellent weather.
I have been living and working in The Netherlands for the past four years. I am a long distance runner since 2001, when I finished my first marathon. Up to now I have run in total five marathons, two in Athens, in Rhodes, Amsterdam, and Vienna. I genuinely enjoy long-distance running and the hard training brings quality to my lifestyle. This is the aim of this blog: share with like-minded athletes the joy of every-day running - and encourage each other to keep it up!
